It isn’t just in Wales where our Welsh Dragon design hiking sticks get noticed!
Leah and I were out walking in Derbyshire earlier in the summer, a pastime that we can thoroughly recommend. As usual, we each had one of the Welsh Dragon design hiking sticks to make the going easier over some of the rougher ground. It was just staggering how many people stopped us and commented on the sticks.
I suppose there are many things you could carry or wear that would make people stop and stare, but most of them would tend to be rather embarrassing! We felt that the hiking sticks struck just the right balance. They are serious sticks for walkers at all levels, and they also have a smart design that gets noticed.
Needless to say Leah was in her element because the conversations inevitably led on to her native Wales . . . about which she always has a very great deal to say!
